This is a premiere 1-hour workshop at the Grotto Rock Climbing gym and yoga center.  The intention for this group is to move blocked energy from the physical, mental, and emotional body.  Are you feeing stuck?  Are you seeking more clarity, depth, and richness in your life?  This is an opportunity to somatically release and deeply cleanse yourself of the dense energetic “gunk” that we typically take on from others, or carry from the past.  The result is a profound discharge of internal pressure, expansion of consciousness, shift of perspective, and an opening to more life force energy.
